Welcome to CRM Side Kick (the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service
CRM Side Kick is a Chrome extension designed to collect, filter, and manage leads from social media platforms and other sources. Features vary depending on your selected plan: Free Puddle, Golden Retriever, or Grand Pack.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you collect and manage using the Service.
- You must not use the Service for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Engage in scraping, harvesting, or any activity that violates the terms of social media platforms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
6. Plans and Payment
- Free Puddle Plan: No cost, limited features.
- Golden Retriever Plan: $29/month with advanced features.
- Grand Pack Plan: $79/month with premium features.
Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of your plan.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties and take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos associated with CRM Side Kick are the property of M2K Developments. You may not use them without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M2K Developments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
